I think this is actually my first finished reference sheet for any of my characters. I feel accomplished! Even if I am terribly uncreative with names. XD

Little Kitty's actually been one of my characters for about eight years now, although when I first drew her she was actually very young looking, so she's kinda out grown her name. And I did notice her tail seems to distort all laws of physics with its length changing depending on the bend. Oops! XD;;

Either way, I had a lot of fun coloring it, even if I did use mostly flat colors.

Little Kitty and artwork are mine.

I want those gloves!! I would write a critique but I don't want to pay for membership - I love this piece - the only thing I could think of is: her boobs don't look big enough to make those creases on her chest - unless maybe you can simply move the lines down a little lower.

I got accused of being too Lisa Frank-ish when I first drew her. She actually hasn't changed much design-wise, and she's almost always drawn with that bell collar on. XD

Hmm . . . I would think the only Lisa Frank resemblant thingie in the whole pic is maybe the rainbow arm warmers, but then I'm not too into Lisa Frank since, ya know puberty ended an' all, so I could be completely wrong.

That was my opinion. I hardly used enough colors for this to even come close to that late 80s, early 90s look. XD

Man, that stuff was actually pretty cool now that I think about it. HMM.

don't get me started- I may not be big on Lisa Frank, but if it had a kitty on it, I was buying it. For like an entire year (post high school graduation, mind you) I had a plastic back pack of Lisa Frank design because it was leopard-cub themed (i don't know why, but there is a small section of my wardrobe that is all leopard print- nothing tacky, like stretch pants, but a few shirts, a 50's style hankerchief-hair tie and a gorgeous ankle-length dress coat . . . not much for keeping warm but perfect for spring& early-to-mid-fall).

Yeah, so i could pretty much be spotted from a distance- lookin' like the only strawberry-blonde goth walking around manhattan with a multi-colored leopard kitty backpack. Yeah, I'm strange. . . I'm gonna go hang my head in a corner now.
