As for critique, I see coloring has been covered, so I'll talk about the anatomy.
The legs are lovely, very nice, no need to work on those at all in this picture, but the arms seem a tad bit short and out of proportion to the head and legs.
If you take a look at a human, the arms from fingertip to fingertip are roughly the same distance as a human from their toe to the top of their head. When the arms are resting at the side of the body the fingertips reach about a full hands length below the crotch level...
And the torso, is about the length of your hips to your knees on most people (my sister is playing the Wii so I am using her as reference XD; )
Aside from that, I am adoring the detail put into the outfit :3 lovely, I am faving this
Hmm, I need to get back to practicing my anatomy again.
But thank you! I was trying to go for something similar to Ayami Kojima's outfit designs for Castlevania. It was a fun exercise.
And, Castlevania ♥♥♥♥
Also, her hair is shaded really... flatly. I don't really know how realistic you want your art to be, but her hair seems like flat plastic sheets. You need to define a lot more depth to them, and have smaller "locks" of hair.
There also doesn't seem to be a realistic light source.
it's a nice piece anyway though
I realized I didn't have a proper light source until it was too late. I need to work on that too. = ~ =;;; Thank you for pointing everything out though. :3
